Atenolol has anyone taken this beta blocker

Help.. hi I’m 19 and I got prescribed atenolol years ago for constant headaches. I went to refill it and apparently my insurance got terminated. Luckily the atenolol is only $4 I have one more refill after this month. My dr. Was gonna wee me off of it after that, but since I have no insurance I can’t really afford to go to the doctor... I keep reading things online that are freaking me out does anyone know how I should wee myself off because I’ve read NOT to stop cold turkey. I’m just freaking out a little. Are there any medical glow members?
