Hi please help! haha

Hello!! so basically there’s this guy that had a crush on me and I really didn’t know what to do because I have NEVER spoken to him in my life! One day all his baseball friends walked up to me at lunch to basically “hype” him up if you will.. but he got scared and went to the locker room. (He wanted to ask me to HoCo). I kinda rejected him because one I had never spoken to him in my life and two I was crushing HARD on someone else. Now I know where me and my ex crush stand.. I don’t think talking to this boy would be that bad. But I worry that since I has kinda rejected him will he be already over me? I just want to get to know him yknow?

Should I even approach this situation?
