Poop question
I gave birth 2 days ago, and I know I have to poop but I’m terrified! I pushed my baby girl out vaginally and have a grade 1 tear (which they said is the most mild) but obviously I am still very sore down there and bleeding a lot. So my question is, should I be scared to poop or am I just overthinking it?
