My friends depression and suicide attempt
Recently my friend overdosed with pills and is in a recovery center for depression and for what happened. My second friend is also having a lot of depression issues. I’ve always struggled with anxiety issues and overly worry about things. Well since the recent events with my friends I’m second guessing everything and I just need some help or advice on how to calm down and to let things be....I guess I need some advice. 💕
