My friend likes the guy I like?

There’s this boy I’ve kind of been talking to a bit. We’ve been friends for a little while and he’s kind of a fuck boy lol so like I’m well aware to keep my distance and not get attached. He’s a year younger than me and i had no idea that my friends been trying to kind of go for him until like 10 mins ago. him and I hung out today and we just cuddled and watched a movie he didn’t try anything further than that and then he asked if I wanted to hangout again tomorrow, I said yes, but then my friend texted me saying “_____ and I had plans to hangout tomorrow and he ditched me for some reason” and I had NO idea she was trying for him. So I feel bad now I don’t want to hurt her feelings. What should I do? To be fair they are nothing at all not even friends she literally just started trying for him and it’s not like she told me! I’ve just never been in this situation before
