Carpel tunnel

Hey guys, I’m 30+4 and for the last few weeks I’ve been noticing my hands and feet fall asleep and get this tingling feeling when I lay down or in the night while I’m sleeping. I saw my OB yesterday and he said it’s normal and it’s actually pregnancy induced carpel tunnel. Does anyone else have this problem? I haven’t seen anyone else talking about this and just wondering if anyone has tips for making it stop. My doctor made it seem like it’s just something I have to deal with, but that as soon as I have the baby, it will go away. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
