Yes that isn’t personal time or leisure time, every week I have to fill out my time sheet and it can take me up to an hour, I bill for every minute of that time. You’re still working on a work related task

Yes. My time and expense reports are very tedious. It’s part of my job to do them. I have to account for my time in 15 minute increments of my day every day. I’m not doing that off the clock, if my boss tried to tell me I’d tell them I’m not doing my time anymore. Or better yet, i would find a not shitty employer.
