Blood in baby’s poo?!?! What could this be?

My girls poops are usually orangish yellow and sometimes greenish. Usually they’re runny or a little chunky and seedy. She’s breastfed btw. She takes vitamin drops and some gas/colic drops. She’s always taking gentian violet cause she has thrush. She does strain to poop a lot but it’s because she’s still learning to use her bum , not because she’s constipated. She just pooped (she makes very loud wet fart noises when she poops) so I went to change her and this was what her poop looked like. It’s never looked like this texture before and I think there’s some blood in it. What is this? Is it bad?
