So I don't have many people I can talk to about this so I guess I'm seeking advice here...

My son is almost 7 weeks old and I think he has colic. Every time he is awake all he does is cry. Sometimes I can get him to stop but other times he will cry for a hour until he just goes back to sleep.

Well tonight my son was fussing and I couldn't get him to stop so I set him down in his bouncer. He was still fussing and my mom was right there so I though maybe she would pick him up. Nope, she just sat there on her phone. Her excuse was she works a full time job and I need to learn to console him. That bothered me because she gets my nephew once or twice a week over night but acts like she can't help me out. The only person that helps me is my sister, she will change him and take him when he's crying. Me and the dad broke up when I was pregnant so he only sees him about once a week.
