What’s the longest to go without feeding newborn at night?

It depends newborns are 1 second old to two months old. I was told after two weeks let them sleep as long as they can.

We've never woken our daughter to eat. From 0-5 weeks, she was going anywhere from 3-5 hours between feedings at night and then from 5 weeks onward, she was sleeping through the night 9-12 hours.

Depends on the newborn and if they are gaining enough weight. My second daughter would sleep through the night if I let her, but she wasn’t gaining enough weight and had to be cleared by my pediatrician to allow her to sleep through the night at around 6 weeks.

I was told after birth to feed every 2 hours (yes even wake her!) until shes back to birth weight
After our 2 week appt she had gained weight well enough the doctor said to “trust her” and that she will wake to feed as need. Which is anyway from every 45 mins to 3 hrs (rarely 4) at 6 weeks

My son didn’t really loose any weight after birth, and had gained weight by day three. So we were told to follow baby’s cues, not necessary to wake him.
