Help! Cracked nipple advice

Hi all,

After a cracked and bleeding nipple I have been feeding one side only the last 24hr and pumping the other. The pump doesn’t seem to be emptying the breast well enough though as I still have lumps. Have tried warm compress and massage but nothing seems to be working. The pump just doesn’t seem to empty my breast properly like my LO can. It’s very tender and lump is now large, making the breast feel engorged even straight after pumping for 20-25min 😢 any advice? I could try to put my LO back on the breast but will he do more damage if it hasn’t had enough time to heal and set me back another 24hrs?
