PCOS can kiss my fat masculine ass

Just a rant. Going on a year TTC #1, never had our BFP. Gyn pretty much told me that I dont ovulate on my own, and then that I had to reach a BMI of 33 by feb before she starts me on medication😩 and here I am with a bmi of 38.3, locked in the friggin bathroom in her office crying and can’t bring myself to leave. What the hell did I do to deserve these overies?
