I stopped taking birth control because the side effects are unbearable and I get no periods. My husband and I aren’t trying or preventing pregnancy. Any tips for regular periods? This is going to be my first month of bc

I’ve been trying to better my diet, I have a bad habit of not eating all day. I also started taking a multivitamin. I’m so happy to finally be done torturing myself with synthetic hormones!

I had the same problem when I stopped taking the pill at the end of September. I saw a comment on your post about myo inositol I tried it and it didn’t work for me personally. I found this other supplement called “estrosense” and within 3 days of taking it I got my period and I was no longer in horrible pain from the lack of hormones that my BC provided.
