Freaking out pp bleeding

Hi there! Third time mom and my bleeding had slowed to barely even any discharge by day 7. Not red or bloody at all.

Today is day 11 and I just went to the bathroom to see my pad full of bright red blood and also in my urine in the toilet.

I haven’t done much today compared to most days, just sat and held baby really.

I made myself faint freaking out but plan on getting up changing pads and keeping an eye on things since it’s a 3 day weekend but really anxious to know if anyone experienced such a fluctuation in bleeding like this
