23 weeks pregnant

I haven't felt my snuggle bug move today. My placenta cushions her kicks so I don't feel them strong, but I feel them pretty good, but I just haven't felt her today. I have been on the go all day, so maybe I just haven't noticed them. I'm alittle nervous though. My next appt is next Thursday. Would you go in before or just wait??? Im a ftm so idk if this is something to be alarmed about.. Or what. My sisters a RN and she says she would take me tomorrow, but I need opinions.. Please
