Why is my periods doing this what is going on

*So in Oct my period came a day late! Started Oct 13th was supposed to come on the 12th! Which means I ovulated early. THIS MONTH MY PERIOD CAME TWO DAYS EARLY LIKE WTF

WHAT TF IS GOING ON. My cramps are more intense then what I have been having for the last 4-8 months, cramping more around the lower back, sides and a little bit of abdominal. And what's freaking weird is I mainly bleed only in the toilet not even in a pad. 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩 WTF!
