First Gyn appt! HELP!

Hi Ladies, now please don’t judge, I’m scared. This is the first time I’ve had reliable good health insurance. I’ve been married for 3.5 years and I am just now getting my first ever gynecology appt. idk what to expect, what to do, nothing! What to wear, to shave or not shave, what to ask. Please just tell me everything you ask or wish you’d ask. Any tips on nerves? Does it hurt?
