Can anyone help me? 2 day period? Spotting?

Hi! I went off my birth control in June because it was giving me horrible mood swings and I was feeling very depressed. I had been using condoms with my boyfriend up until about early October. We had sex twice without a condom. I knew it was dumb, and regretted it instantly.

Anyways, my period was 10 days late. I took two tests that both came back negative. The next day, my period started but ONLY lasted two days? I’ve never had such a late OR short period. Now, 10 days later, I’m spotting. Do you think I should see a doctor? Is this normal? Anyone else with similar experiences?
