helping kick start labor?

Hi.Im 38 weeks and yes ive been having contractions in my stomach that have been traveling to my back..Theyre bearable so I dont worry about them buh I'm trying to find anyway to help kick start my labor? Any ideas? thank yall so much for helping me with advice through my pregnancy btw:) have a nice day

Have lots of sex. Seven helps soften the cervix. 
Also, spend time on hands & knees and doing cat/cow stretches to get baby in good position.

Wait til 39 weeks to try and start inducing. I know it’s uncomfortable but here’s why...
My first baby born at 38 weeks had to be in the nicu for 1 week because his lungs were weak and he couldn’t breathe on his own. 
My second baby was born at 39 weeks and was perfect...
Now I know this is normally not the case, but it was traumatic watching my baby not be able to breathe. He’s now 6 and has respiratory issues constantly. A week more in the belly would’ve made a huge difference for him. (Says the dr). The Drs day there is a big difference between 38 and 39 weeks but idk 🤷🏻‍♀️ it was true based on the babies I had, but people also deliver at 36 weeks fine so who knows lol just my experience.

I was in passive labour for 3 days, went to the hospital and they sent me back home. What worked for me was a combination of sport (long walk, squats), walking up and down the stairs like crazy, eating super hot food, and loads of sex. Like 5 times 😂 And BOOM I was ready to go 👌🏻 Hope this helps & have an easy birth mama!
