Double Period?

So my period ended on the 5th of this month. And it was 6 days as per usual and everything was fine. But then yesterday and today I’ve been getting att the period symptoms. And I just stopped have the symptoms on the 6th or so. And I have them again. But like 100 times worse. I have the period shits and heart burn. And I’m only 13. And the cramps and the headaches. Im so irritated. Why is this happening twice. I already hate my period
