Is this normal?

I’ve been having some white/yellow discharge all over by undies, and there’s a LOT of it. I’ve also been having cramps (I had my periods about 2 weeks ago) and lower back pain. Every time I pee it kinda hurts and I have been tested for BV, Yeast and STDs, everything came back negative. This is whats in the toilet almost every time I go pee.

I have no clue what I should expect when I go to the doctors
