Aunt Flo?!?

A little confused and slightly worried. Today is “day 2” of my cycle. And usually literally every month I’m bleeding super heavy this month it’s just old blood no new fresh blood it hasn’t even went threw one tampon just the tip it’s not heavy at all. With my job I’m standing walking bending and lifting up to 8 hrs of the day so it’s constantly heavy and I’m always leaking threw my tampons. Idk this is just weird to me never experienced this before no cramps or anything. When af ended last month the day after I got a lot of ewcm for 3 days straight and had 3 positive opks is this normal should I be worried or just go with it?!? Please help
