If it’s not one thing, it’s another...

Went to the hospital last night around 3:30am, for vaginal bleeding. They used a fetal doppler and couldn’t find the heartbeat because I’m still early at only 11 weeks. However, they did hear baby moving around sounding very active. They did an abdominal ultrasound and we found baby flipping around acting silly and crazy, heard the heartbeat at 160bpm-170bpm. Said everything look great. They took a urine sample prior, and it came back positive for leukocytes and blood in my urine (not obvious blood in the sample cup). Decided to draw my blood to check my electrolytes and hemoglobins, and haven’t had my results posted to my chart online yet and wasn’t given the results prior to leaving the hospital. Was just told to follow up with my OB/GYN this week. The blood was not like period blood or clot type at all, it started off bright red only on the toilet paper, then it dropped one drop into the toilet, and when I wiped again it was light pink, and it became less and less blood each time I wiped. It wasn’t enough to fill panty liners, but it was coming out without using the restroom or wiping (a couple drops on the panty liner). Today, it’s turned into mostly brownish blood, and it’s almost all but stopped completely.

I’m calling first thing in the morning to make an appointment with my OB/GYN. But I can’t help but be nervous. I’m a first time mom and still early. I have so much anxiety in this. ER nurse said everything I feel, baby feels. So I try to control it, but honestly my anxiety is freaking me out.
