Opinions ?

So I found out I’m pregnant again it was a surprise and a shock to me and my boyfriend. We already have one child she’s 16 months. Well, I went to planned parenthood for birth control and they denied me because the test came out positive. Ever since then, my boyfriend won’t talk to me about the baby or my pregnancy. I’ll be 7 weeks on Friday so the baby already has a heartbeat I don’t want to abort the baby because I’ve had 2 miscarriages both were his babies and every baby is a blessing. He says it’s my choice, but doesn’t want to accept the fact he’s going to be a dad of two. This is will be pregnancy #4 but baby #2 I’m further along this time. I don’t know what to do. 😭
