Are you going back to work after giving birth? If so, who’s watching your baby?

I still need to figure this out. We don’t have family close by that can help and while I can stay at home it would put a dent in our plans to buy a house in the next year.

My plan was to go back, but honestly I don't think I'll be able to afford to. Last paycheck I brought home $50 after paying the babysitter and that was only one kid 😒 I've been looking into work at home options. I'm upset from a financial standpoint, but we didn't really feel comfortable with someone watching our daughter regularly until she was almost walking, so if I can find a way to make it work, I will 💪

Yes my mother I wish I could stay home but as I got goals in stuff need to get on track I have no choice I want to buy a house as well finished school

I only work from 8am to 12 pm so during that time my husband will stay with our baby 😊 😍,  I will probably go back to work at about 2 weeks post partum so it really gives me peace of mind that he is the one staying with him,  he works from 2 pm to 11 pm.   If his hour shift changes then my mother in law would stay with the baby,  im actually hoping that doesn’t happen until he is about 2 months old because the person I trust the most is my husband and I want them to have alone time during those first few months.

yup...... can't afford not to at this time.  plus truth be told I am a better mother personally that I get out of the house and am able to do my own thing.  I would love to find part time,  but still need the full time cash :)

I don’t plan on going back to my current job. I would have to work six days a week and that just doesn’t work for me, especially with the long hours! I would really like to go back to school in the fall, so I might just go back to bartending. I honestly make more money at that job. And I can be home more. We do plan on buying a house so I do need to go back for money but yeah, it won’t be at this job.

I work from home so baby will be home with me at first and then start daycare. If I didn’t woke from home he would go straight to daycare

I plan to go back to 3 days a week. Weekends (hubbys off) and 1 weekday. Im thinking of getting a babysitter once a week or seeing if my neighbor friend or grandparents can look after him. If that doesn’t work out....I will do 2 days a week and a casual shift here and there.
