12 DPO implantation bleeding no pic TMI

So I'm had light pink spotting today at 12 DPO it started around 1am and it stopped around 5am. Could this be implantation bleeding or is it to late for that I think I ovulated on aug 1 or 2. I've had some light cramps but nothing else! Opinions?!?!
