Does anyone know? I gave my 14 month old son the Zarbees 5 and a half hours ago and would like to give it again in an hour and a half so he can sleep without being congested but now he has a fever and i want to give the Motrin to bring it down.

Yes, Zarbees is just vitamins and honey, it doesn’t have any active medication. You just shouldn’t give it with more multivitamins because of the risk of vitamin toxicity.
