IVF or IUI?

We have are specialist appointment in a few weeks and it's been 2 years with no BFP the only thing they can determine is that my husband has low count and low motility... I just feel like I've wasted enough time some is it worth trying IUI or should we just go straight to IVF?

So sorry you haven't had any luck naturally.  After 1 year of trying naturally we met with a fertility specialist and they stated we should start with IUI since neither of us had any indicators as to why we weren't successful naturally.  We're on round 4 of IUI and they stated after 5 they would talk to us about the option of IVF, so I think it depends on your doctor and reasonings behind not being able to conceive naturally.  Good luck with whichever you decide.

If you are just ready for it to be done and over with you should probably just go straight to IVF. And considering you are facing low count (we were too) your doctor will probably give you the option to do either one (ours did).  We ended up doing one IUI before deciding it would be better to just use that money towards IVF instead and we were successful on the first round.  Obviously I don't know your whole situation and can't say for sure what your doc will recommend but that's what happened for us.  I also encourage you to do your own research on both options so you can better decide what makes sense for you. Good luck!
