Unexplained fertility

Ok so about me I am turning 39 tomorrow my DH have been together for 21 years and he has no kids I have one she is 23 years old we have been trying for all these years to have a baby we went to the fertility doctor in 2012 everything was fine specimen count and all was good so I was told to lose about 30lbs and get my diabetes under control so I had weight loss last year and lost 100lbs and not a diabetic anymore so I ordered clonus online and took I'm 7 dpo I feel different not sure was a wrong to want to try the meds changing my insurance back to my old plan in October so I can go back the fertility doctor any suggestions please I will try anything
