I feel like I cant communicate with my drs nurse...

Someone help! We are planning for a natural IUI on my natural cycle. I have done all the testing we can do (we are not doing a follicle count or progesterone test!!). My TSH came back elevated so we did a 2nd round of tests, those came back normal 🙄 but he wants them in a safer range than they are so I'm staying on meds and retesting in 3 months... however, when I asked if that means we cannot move forward with an IUI cycle for at least 3 months, she told me no.

I'm so damn confused. Someone help!
