Eczema or baby acne

My one month old son has these tiny bumps on his face with a red rash I noticed some dry patches which have gotten better but the bumps are still there. I want to be sure that I put the right cream on it. I did not experience with my daughter so am not exactly sure what it is. Do you think eczema or baby acne? Do you have any tips or tricks? I feel so bad for him right now...
