My SIL has been applying for jobs about 5 months and NOBODY wants to hire her!!!! Every store is hiring and restaurants. We live in a 80% white community so I really dont want to think its because she's from a different race. But then again every place we go too the workers are mainly white.

I am with her when she applies to jobs. She signed up on every website that's related to jobs. She even goes to the stores and gives them the printed application. She's not trying to bomb anything because she has a car that she has to pay.

As soon as she sends the application few hours or days later she gets a email that she's not needed. She has had multiple jobs where she use to live so I know she's not over/under qualified.
