Losing it

Hey ladies!!! So I gave birth on 11/12. We got discharged today and finally at home with our first. At the hospital, it as fine. Even though I was having severe back pain due to epidural, where I can't even sit or feed him, and the I haven't gotten any sleep in 2 days. Anyway I'm still struggling to feed him for long, so it seems like he's starving. He won't go down for me. Only for my husband. I can't even lay in his bassinet. Idk rent what to do to be a better parent and how to manage. Any ideas??
