Hand foot mouth?

Could this be the start of hand foot mouth? My son was possibly exposed Saturday, the little girl had her first symptoms Sunday and diagnosed Monday. No marks anywhere else, no fever, energetic, and eating and drinking as per his usual picky 2 year old self. Only these two spots.

Keep an eye on his feet, diaper area and throat as well

Yes could be. He’ll get a fever though. The spots can start off slow, and keep spreading over the coarse of  few days. Not much you can do about it though. The virus has to run its course.

Now he has blisters in his throat, a couple by his mouth, and more on his hands. Still no fever! Still running around active.

Then I caught it! That’s the first spots. I ended getting a bunch on my hands and feet a few days later
