Milk let down is too powerfull 😭 my newborn struggle and unlatch each time and make a mess... do you have any tips to slow down that milk letdown??? And I get it more than one time each feed..

Try laying back when you are breastfeeding vs leaning forward

Let baby start nursing and when she get frustrated Pump or hand express through the letdown and then put her back on. You can store the milk. This will only last for a little while before she can handle the letdown

Let down. Take baby off. Collect milk. Put baby back on. Also side lying nursing and block feeding helped us. Good luck.

After two weeks my son would trigger let down then just let the milk pour into his wide open mouth. It was hilarious. But you can always pump a little first

My dr said pump first for a few minutes on each side and than latch baby

It will slow with time! Side-lay for feeds or use a Hakka for the first minute and then offer baby breast!!! Save that milk sister, it is liquid gold!
