Pain in pubic bone?

My pubic bone is killing me the past couple of days...  I didn’t have this with my other pregnancies.  It hurts to walk.  Anyone else dealing with this?

Yes I have this too!! My doctor told me I could use a belly band. I know there are some at the Motherhood Maternity store u can buy and on amazon

I have this and my dr said it’s Symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD). She said where this is my 2nd pregnancy baby is a lot lower where the muscles are looser it causes pressure down there. I’ve had a week off work and feels so much better. Dr told me to just take it easy.

Yep! I went to PT for it and they gave me exercises that helped. I also have to wear a band around my hips when I exercise or know I am going to be doing a lot of lunge type movements.

Mine hurts when i walk too. But its not killing me....yet. My whole bottom feels like ive done a million squats. Its just crazy sore.

I have it when I move in certain ways and it suuuucks. It hurts so bad
