Implantation Bleeding

Ladies,

I recently was diagnosed with having small cysts on my ovaries. I missed a period with a negative test, so my doctor prescribed provera to have a period and was told to continue trying to conceive. Well, this month I missed my period again, I am 5 days late. And 2 days ago I noticed some light pink spotting and I’ve been having some back pain. Wondering if this could be implantation bleeding? What is everyone’s opinion? Haven’t taken a test yet...could this just be my period and it’s very light? My period is NEVER this light!
