Luteal phase?

Can I lengthen my luteal phase if I’ve already ovulated? Realized last month it was only 9 days long. Now, I’m already 8dpo.

Definitely speak to a doctor if luteal i shorter than 10 days.

I believe they can give you progesterone or a fertility medication like clomid for this.  I do believe you start the progesterone right after ovulation and clomid beginning of cycle. You should see an obgyn and find out what that reccomend. I had this for a couple months and took a supplement(vitex chasteberry) and it went back to normal on its own but RE still put me on clomid anyways because of MFI and doing IUI.
