Mucus Plug?

Question

FTM here so please help me out. I think I’m losing bits of my mucus plug. Is that a thing or is it usually all at once? It’s like this white gooey looking thing (booger like texture) that I had yesterday & today coming out of me when I wiped. I’m not due until January 29th 😬 Advice please?

UPDATE: I called the nurse on call for my hospital. She recommended that I go into OB Triage & get checked. She said it can sometimes be a sign of early labor even if there isn’t pain or broken water or blood. She said if it is early labor they will try to prevent/postpone it since I’m so early & if they can’t prevent it we will be moving forward with labor. Im having family come in from out of town tomorrow & I might be having my first baby! Oh my 😱

It regenerates, I’ve been losing some since 27 weeks. I’m 33 weeks now

I just asked this same thing on a comment. With my first I lost it all at once a few days before and now I’m having bits of ewwws 😂 I’m like 🤨 is that it or no??? 😂

I had the same thing happen Wednesday night , i took a picture of it & went to the ER & was told i was 1 cm dilated & I’m 31 weeks

This is pretty normal, it can regenerate. I've had the same thing happen around 28 weeks but i spoke to OBGYN and he said loosing little bits like that at and around 28 weeks or later is normal. Nothing to worry about it less all comes out at once (huge amount) or I experience fluid leakage.
