Maybe IB?!? HELP

I’m now 15dpo

From 6dpo-currently I have had lightheaded and dizzy spells constantly

THEN

12dpo-at 1pm I wiped and there was rust colored blood on toilet paper, continued through out the day to a light link however through the night into 13dpo it became a light red flow

13dpo-continued a very light flow until around 12pm, then spotted light pink only when I wiped until around 11pm, like the night before, it became a very light flow into 14dpo

14dpo- continues very light until 3pm and has been light pink spotting since; also on 14dpo my SO and I had sex and I was wetter than I ever have been. When we got done he said is that period blood tmi, I went to the bathroom and wiped and still very light pink on the toilet paper. We couldn’t believe it. He explained it as wet and gushy feeling.

Also on 14dpo I seen my family doctor and she said signs I had been having pointed to pregnancy. I’ve gotten all BFN also. So she ran blood work. I get the results Monday. She also said you could have a light period in early pregnancy.

I’m now 15dpo and still no heavy flow, just very light pink/brown when I wipe.

My periods are never early and always so heavy I have to lay on a heating bad because of the pain. I had no pain with this

Anybody ever had something similar with a BFP? Fingers crossed!!!!!!
