Loud music harmed baby's hearing?

I turned on my Bluetooth music speaker and the volume was almost all the way turned up. I was able to get to the volume controls and turn it down after like 20 seconds but do you think this harmed my 3-month old's hearing? She was sitting in her car seat about 10 feet from the speaker and it scared her awake from her nap. 😭 I recreated the situation later without her in the room and the decibels reached around 75 where she was sitting...
