During this last election time on our ballots there was a place to vote “are you for or against the right to hunt and fish”

Idk if it was on everyone ballots in every state but I was really shocked to see it on ours, in the south full of southern people who rely on this “hobby” to provide food for their families.

Are you for the right to hunt and fish?

Should it be more regulated? Not sure how it is in other states but hogs and fish are the only thing not “regulated”. You can kill hogs all year and as many as you want.

Should hunting and fishing be banned?

** I honestly have no clue why it was on our ballots. I hadn’t heard any debates about it or anyone talking about it before the election or even after 🤔 but our district results were 41% against the right and 59% for. Which again, was really surprising to me 😳

We have certain fishing seasons but we can catch as many as those fish as we want in that time.

All I gotta say is you don’t wanna be found with a trout on your line when the game warden shows up 😳👌
