Pain when pulling out tampon

So I use tampons on my period. Since I basically pull one out and then put on back in my vagina can get a bit sore near the end but I've been having a different pains. When I take a full and wet tampon out I get a shock of pain that radiates through my whole vagina. When I insert one it now hurts like what I feel like is my ovaries. I've had periods for about 5 years so I know how to insert and take out a tampon and I only leave my tampons in me 2-3 hours due to them getting full. I have a doctor apt on the 29th so don't say to gobyo doctor. What do you guys think is happening?
