What to do

I've been with my bf for a year & lately I have no romantic feelings towards him. I can talk to him for hours but I have this anger towards him and idk why. I haven't said I love you in the longest time because I can't push myself to. Last time we hung out I kissed him once in like 8 hours only because he begged me to. I don't know what's going on? We can talk for hours but I always feel some type of anger
