(Trigger warning) advice on eating disorders

So I had an eating disorder from 14-15 years old. I would work out for 8 hours a day (minimum) I made myself workout for 2 hours before I would let myself eat and I would only eat rice and eggs twice a day. Thankfully I have recovered from this. I'm now 18 but I've discovered that anytime I try to get back into a (healthy) workout routine that my body automatically tries to to relapse into not eating. I work really hard to not allow myself to actually relapse and really focus on eating healthy. I was just wondering if there were any tips to make this easier until I can retrain my brain. Also has anyone else experienced this?
