I need gift basket ideas!

I am going to create a gift basket for a group gift exchange. I want it to look really pretty (like the pictures below), but it needs to be $10 or less. It's a random exchange, so I can really go in any direction with this. I was thinking, to help stay within the budget, I can buy a pack of some things (which would cost more than $10) and only put a couple of each in the basket and keep the rest for myself. I need ideas! Everyone participating is over 21, men and women, ranging from 20s-60s.
