Cystic Acne?

Any tips on how to get rid of cystic acne? i have a spot that occurs every month, around my period, that never comes to a head and won’t go away.

This also happens to me, well I had it previously and ended up going to a dermatologist all my acne was cleared up and my skin was glowing but almost 1 year after giving birth it’s back again. I hate it. I’m even on birth control and still getting that awful bump would go to a dermatologist again but can’t because of the pandemic. Wish I knew something I could do at home

Tea tree oil has alway helped me. I would really up your water around that time too

What do you use on your skin presently? I'd sitting with my sister who is an esthitician. She has also worked with plastic surgeons and is currently at a dermatology center. She says start gentle cleanser. Salicylic acid is good but if it persists the see your doctor. It could be diet related or another condition making it worse.
