Freezing breastmilk
I need to start freezing breastmilk in 3-4 ounce bags I only pump 1-2 ounce each pump session. How do I keep the pumped milk, and bring to the same temp before freezing?
Do I keep the pumped milk in the fridge until I pump more (and bring to same temp) and then freeze?
How long can I keep pumped milk in the fridge before I have to put it in the freezer?
