I'm freaking out , Tylenol while pregnant?

Hello there mamas so I'm currently 13 weeks pregnant and have a cold , I tried my best to let my body take care of it and avoid taking medicine but I ended up getting really congested and a sore throat, I kept looking online and the one thing I've seen that was safe was Tylenol, but now I'm freaking out because I saw a post saying it's not safe , Will my baby be okay I'm definitely stopping I've only taken it twice a day for 3 days I noticed it worked my cold symptoms have started to slowly go away but please give me some reassurance. It was the Tylenol cold /flu syrup the yellow or orange bottle.?
