Bleeding?

I'm 20+6 and yesterday when I woke up I was bleeding. Its wasn't a lot just kinda like if you first start your period and it was only there the one time I wiped but it was the most blood I've seen in this pregnancy and it was bright red almost pink. I went to the er just to sit there for 3 hours and them say that nothing looks wrong but they don't have an OB so they can't really tell us anything. I just wanna know what's wrong and my doctor is out of town until Tuesday
